Lately ive been trying to cut some weight to get down to about 8 percent bf. I have been doing alright lately, probably down to 191 from 198-200. No major changes to diet, just stopped pigging out from bulking. My goal is around 170-175. But, when i eat like this, i feel compeletely run down. Here is an example of diet.
breakfast
8oz orange juice. egg omelet with ham
lunch
ham sandwich on wheat, couple handfuls of nut mix, banana, yogurt
snack(sometimes) more nut mix
supper
whatever is made, in small quantities

Eating like this just kills my energy. No motivation for anything. All i think about is food. I am 17 years old and want to get down to this weight i would feel healthier, but i honestly am lost on how to do this. People discourage me from it because of football, but i want to be in better shape. I am considering the warrior diet. Or, is my metobolism out of whack eating this little. Thanks a confused guy needs some help here :)
no carb has been suggested but it is impossible to do that in my house sadly.
