MessageThis is a subject of much debate, but wild would be better since the fish's diet was natural and not processed as is the case with farm raised fish. The diet of the fish affects the quality of the fat in the fish. Wild caught, assuming that it came from a remote clean source such as Alaska, will have higher OM3 levels which is probably what you would want regardless of the total grams of fat.
In addition, farm raised fish usually have more impurities (i.e. mercury, etc.) which is not what you want in your body. All foods - whether fish, meat, veggies, fruit, milk, nuts, etc... the more raw and the more wild/natural/organic - the better from a nutrition and health standpoint. IMO.
