MessageRight now im not in football yet but i will be in a couple months. This summer i will need to find some workout regimen which im not sure how to plan best either. I just want to have a good last season be able to be very strong and conditioned, and enjoy myself.
Currently i am about 5 10 191 (15percent bf roughly). I can squat and dead a little over 400, and bench around 280-290. I would like to find a good structured plan for both ends of the spectrum (diet/routine).
