Woke up a little late today due to a late night house cleaning binge.
8:00 - 1/2 cup of organic rolled oats cooked with 4 fresh strawberries and 1/4 cup dried fruit, topped with roasted flax seeds
2 omega 3 eggs scrambled
2 slices organic black pepper bacon
On the way to my first job site...
10:00 - 1/4 cup of my home made trail mix(TJ's 50% less salt mixed nuts, Mixed dried berries, roasted pepitas, roasted sunflower seeds, roasted flax seeds)
leaving my first job site...
11:00 - the other 1/4 cup of my trail mix
Driving to the office...
12:00 - large 'mini' cucumber and a fuji apple
Lunch with the boss...
12:30 - huge garden salad with a grilled chicken breast
Post lunch snacking
2:30 - medium banana and small container of home made 17 bean soup eaten cold
Pre workout meal
5:15 - 2 hard boiled eggs
Post workout drink
8:00 - one trial packet of Endurox in 16 oz of water http://www.accelsport.com/product-info/EnduroxR4.html
It tasted like an orange creanmcicle, wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be and seems to have settled well

9:00 - Hyuuuuge baby spinach salad with sliced radishes, shredded carrots, chopped red cabbage, hard boiled eggs, herb and chive goat cheese and a mustard balsamic vinaigrette
Post post workout meal
9:30 - 1/2 of a medium zucchini roasted with olive oil, sea salt and crushed black pepper, 6 oz grass fed sirloin cooked on the foreman grill with sea salt, black pepper, red pepper and garlic, topped with a splash of organic Worcestershire sauce
this is probably pretty typical for a workout day for me, although the post workout shake is always up in the air,I'd rather save room for real food
