MessageTJ's supplies 99% of all of the crunchy food that I eat, along with eggs, olive oil, dried beans and assorted dairy. All of my produce and meat comes from whole foods, but now that it's warm out, farmer's market season is upon us and it's time to start eating locally.
As far as maintaining a career that doesn't claim fitness at it's core, a large igloo lunch box, and lots and lots of iron have helped me keep that career but lose some of the fat and aches that come with long hours behind the wheel or desk bound.
I love these kinds of threads, it's always inspiring to see how other people take time to organize and reflect on their daily intake.
