MessageTo my favorite amd most entertaining Delco transplant RKC....I have been off line for a while and missed your latest escapdes.
Say it isn't so, tell me you haven't ventured to the dark side. Tell me that you aren't trying to bust out beast pistols and tsnatches and perform your daily recon missions fueled exclusively by greens and grains. I have heard tell of such atrocities taking place on the on the left coast butnever thought that the could ensnare one of "us".
I am scared. If it happened to W2 it could happen to anyone. Do I need to perform an intervention and drag you to Pats or Genos or, if your affliction is really bad, both?
My brother you have "I" teeth for a reason. Your illustrious and P.C. employer sells Australian Grass Fed beef and lamb. I suggest that you break out of this craziness by eating some, raw, right out of the freezer case. Don't even bother taking it out of the plastic. Let the blood drip down your chin and howl at the top of your lungs. Let the hallowed walls of TJs ring with your blood lust.
In all seriousness. I appreciate the discipline and can relate to the struggle. I gain and lose all things easily - muscle, fat, water weight, etc. Greatly reducing grains is the only thing that has given me a modicum of control over the beast that rages in my gut. Will be interested to see the new "tall skinny" Will and how your meat-free eating develops over the next few months. I wish you luck and Will power.
