MessageI can totally relate. The Wawa hogies never got me - my jones was the Tastycake honeybun or oatmeal raisin bars. I have been TK clean for over 4 years, but it is one day at a time.
In the past my weight regularly yo-yo'd (with very little effort) between 220 and 265, which is what led me to this online community 1.5 years ago and my fateful encounter with Obi Wan Hauer. When the student is ready the master will appear...if you believe in that sort of thing.
I have always eaten "well", just to excess. I drink only water, home-brewed green tea, and raw milk or Kefir that I make. I try and combine the principles of The Warrior Diet with those of Neanderthin - WD for timing & combinations and Neanderthin for selection. The exception that I make is raw milk/kefir that I make. So far it has worked and my weight has normalized at @220(a little more in the winter, a little less in the summer).
The lemon article was AWESOME and I will add it to the daily regimen.
