Thanks for the responses everyone.
kim - I know what you mean about getting harder, it seems like diet improvements make a big difference at first, with diminishing returns over time. I lost most of my weight to date in the first 6 months or so, since then it's been 2lbs lost here, one gained back there...I'm trying to look less at weight these days and more to body composition for evidence of change, but knowing that at 26 I'm only +/- 3lbs off of my age 17/18 weight is pretty rewarding. Is your 35lbs all within 7 months of WD? Thats awesome work.
Steve - In the past few weeks I've really hit my stride in terms of finding the foods that leave me feeling the best and progressing at a good pace as I take on heavier lifting and more general activity. I know a lot of people have found great success with the WD under eating model, and I guess if I actually compared my diet of one year ago to my diet today, I probably really am under eating during the day...but I think it probably takes a lot of fruit, veggies, dairy and lean protein to come close to the caloric density of the burgers and fries I would have been eating in 'the bad old days'.
SB - Having just finished eating my salad, I agree, they are awesome, haha. I checked out your warrior diet experiment thread. How is it going so far? The log you posted of your first day looks a lot like many of my daily diets, probably a little less quantity, but same general idea.
