Messagechrons disease maybe? no one should diagnose something like that over the internet, but it sounds like there's probably some combo of infection, allergy and gut flora/fauna imbalance going on, she needs to see a specialist asap as there is no way her body is receiving proper nutrition with those symptoms(i.e she's not actually digesting anything) and is likely at risk for dehydration and serious malnutrition.
