MessageEating more free and easy on the weekends has worked out great for me - I highly recommend you consider your eating cycles not just on a daily basis but over longer periods of time as well.
E.g., I find that as I start a new strength program, I eat more and gain a little weight, then as I settle into a rhythm with my training, my appetite lessens and my weight drops back down. Mind you, this is only a variation of 2-3 pounds at most for me but it's still a change and a cycle.
