MessageAre you sure you mean "how other people DEAL with it" is what you really mean. I'm not sure I deal with this way of eating. It's just what I have decided to do and what seems to work for me. Last night: Started with a salad of baby greens and cucumber w/ olive oil and garlic pepper Braised Bok Choi (sp?) it's just Chinese cabbage but it sounds cool Finished with 1 cup of black beans and 1 cup of wild rice. I should note this was a main meal from Phase one of the AED, Which allows a little more food during the day, but I usually don't eat it. Maybe an orange, some coffee, some raspberries or a small serving of the black bean soup (sans black beans). BJ's Blog
