Messagein order to fully recover from intense training bouts you need to eat. this means hundreds of calories - preworkout nutrition (repair from the workout), then refueling again for the next session with another meal.
in other words you would be eating lots of food.
you have to define "undereating" as being within some sort of caloric range. whatever this range would be you would certainly eat more than that during that day.
if not, any meal with a dinner larger than the other meals would be considered the warrior diet.
