MessageTrader Joe's sells kefir. I get the plain stuff, and mix it about 50/50 with TJ's Greek yogurt, add maple syrup for sweetening and sometimes some almonds, and it make a great snack or desert.
As to supplements, they are optional, period - don't buy what you don't feel you need.
Addressing both points above, my wife and I both take DragonDoor's probiotic capsule - I like it better than Ori's. From Ori's site, I buy his Estrox - that's pretty unique.
I love Ori's Warrior Bars, and that completes the list of what I take from his supplements. I've taken his multi-vitamin in the past but it has iron in it and I prefer vitamins without iron.
