when you force yourself to eat right for a month or so you will see results, somtimes dramatic. then you'll know how much your performance/physique can be improved by your diet, and how much eating shitty will set you back. you realize it just isn't worth it.
until you reach this point it is just sticking to it and being determined, as are all things in life. just as training sucks sometimes but you stick to it, diet is the same way. and just as training becomes a part of daily life so will a good diet.
just grind through a couple of weeks and go from there. it took me about 8 months of cleaning up my diet to get where i am now. no cheat meals, no cravings, very clean diet.
learn to cook too. having healthy meals that taste really good makes it easy to eat clean. check berardi's web site for some recipes.
