MessageI went to a fish market the other day here in NYC. I'd like to start eating more fish . . . but the SMELL! Gawd! The people in the apt. below me cook fish at least once a week, and sometimes the smell is so strong that the whole building reeks of fish for days.
Any cooking advice on how to lessen the smell?
