The funny thing is, the yogurt I eat IS greek yogurt (fage)... I will actually be taking this stuff like a shot every morning I get to work now. thanks.

One more q- if the "water" is whey, and greek yogurt is basically yogurt with the "water" strained out of it, why does greek yogurt have more protein per serving than regular yogurt?

I don't have the the labels to compare in front of me, but when my mom brought Fage home I initially resisted for about 1 month and kept buying my own. One day I compared nutritional labels and there was a significantly greater amount of protein in the greek stuff, so I jumped ship.
