MessageSounds like you're right on track to me, Steve - what's you ate during the day doesn't sounds like a lot to me for what you do.
As to the sweet tooth, I don't think you necessarily need to get rid of it, just train it to like better sweets, e.g., the Warrior Fruit recipe in the WD book is wonderful, my oft-mentioned dessert of kefir and greek yogurt, sweetened with maple syrup and with almonds and/or fruit added, is also wonderful. Nothing wrong with that sort of thing.
