MessageI have added over 2" to my upper arms in the years I've been on the Warrior Diet. If you're 6'2" and only 160 lbs., I'd say it's likely you'll benefit from adding some muscle to your frame. I say this because I'm 5'7" and 150 lbs. and people tell me I look skinny. :)
Just be sure to eat enough, especially post-workout.
