Message I just had a few questions on doing a low carb diet in football season. Basically,we have a couple weeks of summer practices in a month or so and i have been trying to get into single digit bf. I am making great process by trying to limit carbs and flat on just not eat as much. Now in football season, what's the best approach to eating? For breakfast i usually eat an omelet and thats it. Would upping carbs be a good idea for those 4 hour practices and still lose bf? Normally by mid season i get pretty run down and weak and i would like to avoid that by keeping fat and protein take high. If anyone has any advice regarding eating during athletics i am all ears. (btw right now i am sitting at 190 ish down from 197 and my short term goal is 180, not too difficult)
