MessageStack your recovery meals. Have a couple 20-30g protein, and 20-50g carb shakes after your workout: one immediately after, and one an hour later. That should sufficiently nourish you and prevent muscle break down.
Other than that, keep some carrots with you or something and try to push past the hunger. I do the above for my post-workout nutrition (I actually do it a third time, and hour following the second one), and don't have to worry about hunger till may be 4-5 or so, even when I do my workouts at 8am.
