Well, I tried to read your posting, but it's 11:15 pm here and I'm much too tired, although I confess that even wide awake, I wouldn't have read it all the way through.
Comrade mc kb, there is a study to support every position on every subject or, as Mark Twain used to say, there are lies, damned lies, and statistics. You know, I was watching Brett Jones' "Secrets of the Shoulder" today, and one of his observations was "I'm not interested in the workout, I'm interested in the results."
And so I say to you that whether one eats often or not isn't important - what's important are results, and people have achieved good results by a variety of methods in terms of diet, as they have achieved good results by a variety of methods in lifting weights.
The bottom line - pay attention to your eating, follow any sensible plan that stress whole foods, and your body composition will change if it needs to.
May you live long and prosper following the diet of your choice. I can state one thing with certainty - in the years I have been following the Warrior Diet, I have stopped having the mood swings I used to have when I ate frequently and therefore _needed_ to eat frequently, and my body composition has improved measurably - more muscle, less fat. I cannot ask for more than that - I am delighted with the Warrior Diet.
