I have recently been reading old posts here on the forum as well as reviews of Chi Running and am thinking of picking up a copy. What I am wondering is there a program that must be followed to impliment Chi Running or can one just simply begin appyling the concepts while running. The reason I ask is I only run 2-3 mi, 2-3x per week. I run mostly out of enjoyment
on variety days and am really not interested in starting a regimented training program.
