Praise for RKC Minimum

I've been working out with Kettlebells for close to two to three years and I thought I was doing great. Mind you, I never got my weight down to super skinny or even thin for that matter, but I figured it was because I still ate like crap (I love Peanut Butter!)
Anyway, a friend of mine bought me ETK and I've been doing the RKC Minimum for only three sessions so far. I thought I was in good shape until then. I've basically been doing it all wrong until now.
Don't get me wrong, I can hang with twelve minutes on the man maker no problem (with jump rope). But my numbers aren't that high. I haven't gone full force yet, but I'd be surprised to see anything over fifty swings with anything over the 1 pood or perhaps 1.5.
Anyway, with the exception of going to Boston and Maine in June (packing an extra 100 + lbs might cost me some), I'll be KBing the crap out of myself using the Party Methods (Like I SHOULD HAVE from the beginning) and getting into killer shape. I'm only 33, so I know I'll do well.
