My right wrist sometimes "pops" under heavy loads. When I rotate it normally it also makes crackling noises. It has been like this for 8 years but since returning to heavy lifting, after a weeks cycle, the wrist is extremely sore and I often have to take 3-4 days off. Is there anything I can do to help rehabilitate this or any way to "train through" the painful days? My goal is to have minimum off-time.
Ps. It was x-rayed 3 years ago, last time I did serious lifting and had pain in it. There are no broken bones or fractures according to the doctor.
