I was doing strict MP's at 205 for 8 reps, using a barbell no less at a time when my 1rm deadlift was only a little over 300 pounds. Then I ran into crazy shoulders problems (you can see why) and had to quite. To bad my numbers aren't even close to that anymore :). I think like 225/400 would be a good ratio of press to dl. and anyone who could get that, regardless of HOW they get it, is damn strong.
