There is so much great information in Pavel's books. I achieved great success with the Russian Bear program outlined in Power to The People 2. And this was without even having access to equipment for deadlifts squats or presses. I focused on adding pure muscle mass to my forarms using these techniques. I've suffered alot of wrist injuries and now training boxing, forarm mass and strength is a great asset to injury prevention. I wish I had the fore sight to take "before and after" shots but I have one of my forarm in December of last year. All I can say is... IT DEFINATELY DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS BEFORE I used Russian Bear lifting protocol. When I cycle back into a mass phase in a few months I will have a photo to compare to this one and see even more gains!
Again this is not for cosmetics... I gained a great ammount of forarm strength and just muscle mass+tendon strength alone is an enormous asset for injury prevention for someone who trains on the heavy bag. Thanks Pavel! I hope this inspires others to heed his advice.
