1. my COC strength doesnt seem to increase in the last couple off month. I train it 2 times a week. 3 sets of 5-10 reps and then on to the next level. But im stuck at 3x6 with COC1 and cant seem to get to the 1,5. Any good advice and what have worked for you guys??
2. i really like my deadlift to go up up up, im currently deadlifting 150kg for 1rm and my goal is around 200kg. I have tried alot of different things. Mostly 2 times a week working up in set of 5 to a top set of 5 and increase the next week. The last 10 week i have trained a single cyklus and gained 10 pound on my max. Should i try another or what have worked for you???
