Look at it in the way some of our soldiers must look at things. Some are at bases that have virtually no fitness facilities, but you may have read posts and seen photos posted where they are making due with what they have. A single kettlebell can do a lot. Sprinting and pistols seem to me like they would be made for each other. Think of other tools, like BFRs (Big Freakin' Rocks), zercher lifts with logs - don't think for a minute you have to have a gym. For some corny inspiration and ideas, watch Rocky 4. When he goes to Russia to train, he makes due with what's available. Walter Payton did uphill runs in sand for his legs. Herschell Walker, if memory serves, did no weight training and had very powerful legs (he may have been a genetic anomaly, but maybe not). Both outstanding NFL running backs with great speed. Again, if memory serves me well, Walker may have been a bobsled competitor, too.
