Adam said any form of the snatch was ok. But since I may have misunderstood or may have not followed up on changes in instructions over subsequent weeks (I live in Japan). furthermore I DID enquire about the point system for this variation but got no response
The point of doing one leg snatches came from a manual I posted on my blog called Biomechanics of the Snatch. They are used for sports that require one leg stability like contact sports etc. The one leg snatches dont make up the bulk of my scores anyway.the 24s and 32s do and I will gladly adjust the difference.
As far as me being frustrated about finishing the race, if you look at my points I am nowhere near finished and taking it nice and easy. If there is monitoring going on like this I would like to mention that some of the other snatcher's numbers and daily volume is just remarkable and rather unbelievable. I think Adam talked about this on an earlier post as well. Anyway, thanks for the feedback everyone.
