Ive recently started using a SSB.Today after my rack squats I worked to 160kg for 3reps, squatting to below parallel.
Ive read that the bar hits the posterior chain and using one really shows this.I found it harder on the lower back than regular squats and at only 160kg my back rounded alot. The 3 reps were both hard and easy, what i mean by that is they wore out my lower back very fast but my legs were good for many more reps. The 160k is too heavy for me to keep a good lower back postion and yet too light to work my legs, then again maybe im using the bar wrong.
Does Anyone else on the board use a SSB bar and if so how have you found it
Thanks
