I enjoy training for functional strength and desire to assist others by helping them design simple, but effective programs. In addition, I'm continuing my own training experience by exploring different training methods. Currently, I am HKC certified and working on my skills to become proficient with kettle bells. Also, I was certified through ISSA when it began in the 90's by Dr. Fred Hatfield. However, I have not renewed my certification, but retained the knowledge for practical application. I am available to help if anyone has questions.
