Dennis taught a wonderful introduction to Indian clubs. It was great to learn some of the subtleties of the grip and release, the timing, and the planes of motion. He has a terrific sense of pacing, and is able to keep a group of varied ability all engaged and practicing without injury, but also with good effort. He is very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended as an instructor!
