Logan defines RKC...he practices what he preaches and is very talented at what he does. Solid instructor and simplifies movements, so you don't leave the session with a bunch of question marks in your head. I've met up with Logan twice and I feel he has not only enhanced my own kettlebell practice but inspires you to go beyond what you think your limits are...Check out his website and give him a call for a lesson. Logan was one of my instructors at the RKC last weekend in San Jose and he was terrific. He was very good at picking out important details for people to correct their exercise basics. He truly shows the diversity that kettlebells offer as a training tool. When the swing are not challenging enough look up Logan and learn how to do all the fancy tricks that will make you a legend at your next block party.
